Notes:
Burns with a brilliant white color. It is an important structual metal. It's
often used in either pure or alloyed form with aluminum in the construction of
aircraft, and other objects requiring light weight. Powdered magnesium is
sometimes used in place of aluminium in the thermite reaction.
